Welcome to Finding Me Academy Global
At Finding Me Academy Global (FMA), we are more than a youth development organization—we are a movement dedicated to equipping young people and young adults with the skills, confidence, and cultural awareness needed to thrive in school, the workplace, and life. As an innovative and forward-thinking nonprofit, we intentionally bridge the gap between education and economic opportunity, ensuring that every participant we serve is prepared for long-term academic, personal, and professional success.
FMA Global operates with both a local commitment and a global mindset. We provide youth and young adults with access to transformative tools, mentorship, and development opportunities that foster academic excellence, character development, leadership, financial literacy, and workforce readiness. Through our Workforce Development and Re-Entry programs, we support opportunity youth and justice-impacted individuals as they build employable skills, gain industry exposure, and secure pathways toward sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
Finding Me Academy Global is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible, and 100% of contributions are reinvested directly into programs that help participants discover their purpose, strengthen their resilience, and achieve economic stability.

OUR OBJECTIVE
The Finding Me Academy Global objective is to efficiently create a myriad of purposed paths for youth as they build towards life evolvement. Examples of these purposed paths would include (but not be limited to) curricula developed to assist with the following: financial planning, organization skills and development, life skills and competency, relationship building and sustainment, cultural awareness, and much more. Through hard work, perseverance, commitment, family, faith, and attention to the foregoing paths, youth will be equipped for all facets of their journey.

“Youth Programs are the driving force behind reducing the recidivism rate, and finding me academy global is this world changing program”.
After-school and summer programs, clubs and enrichment activities that encourage reading and writing activities make a difference. Children who participate in these kinds of activities three to four times a week experience broad and positive impact on their reading (drawing conclusions, spelling, identifying main ideas) as well as on their writing and speaking skills. This is especially true for younger children who are behind academically.
